I am a little bit surprised - were you told that this is useless at the medical establishments?
This procedure is a part of a normal hospital care in where I'm from and was studying.
It's a little bit dangerous - yes, because this can provoke the gallbladder attack, but just a little bit more dangerous than your everyday meals.
By the way, I forgot to tell that cows have the gallstones, too (makes perfect sense - they don't eat much fat).
But there's no green stones in the liver of the cow - ask any butcher. I am not comparing anybody to cows, by the way!!!
If you ask guys who work in morgs and sees people insides, they will tell you the same thing.
And still, do the flush!
