When looking for non-GMO's...


...I get out my ancient Encyclopedia of Gardening, and start checking the names of the old varieties.

You see, they aren't allowed to genetically mutilate a seed and still call it by the its original variety name. Grin.

Also, there are dedicated seed-savers out there, begging people to grow out the old seeds and return refreshed ones to the system.
