After 3 years of using a mainly Ayurvedic diet without much meat and doing cleanses I am a new person.
The only problem was I could never get rid off my high triglycerides. I just learned about metabolic typing. I need more meat and cut back from lots of fruit a day to one fruit a day. I also should not have carbohydrates, I do 1 a day now.
Someone on the cholesterol forum had the same problem and it has helped her.

If you are wondering why I am writing, it is mainly for your general information.
We are all so different and we have to keep experimenting and reading. Here I was in the best health of my life and I just found out about this new way of eating for the tri-glycerides. Now I have to wait till June and will do another cholesterol test.
