Re: Technical stuff.
Hello.
I too, am lactose intolerant. Not only that, but i have a milk allergy as well.
Ingesting cow's milk or their dairy products causes me a myriad of problems. Some of these include:
Psoriasis, vertigo, allergies, ear infections, indigestion, chronic runny nose, allergies...and so on.
since my body cannot digest the lactose, the product just sits in my intestines and clogs them making it impossible to absorb other nutrients i may have ingested in that day. Perhaps, this alone is the reason for the distress. Or it's all the things that are added during pasteurization. I do not know for sure. But i'm better off with very little or none in my diet.
I've been this ways since i was first born, projectile vomiting on mother's milk, even. With the right flora and fiber, i can ingest yogurt or kefir in small amounts which i do, for the acidophilus and protein. Calcium, I get from green leafy veg.s
