sushi fish only

i just meant the fish, not the sushi rolls. you can buy sushi grade fish which means that it's fresher and would not need to be cooked for eating.

i like certain fish, like salmon, tuna and yellowtail. halibut is to chewy or something.

are those other things you mentioned a good source, or is it in powder form to be added to a juice?
