I am new to this group also. My husband and I of 15 years struggle with much the same problem. I was married prior and never had a problem like this. Once a year visits to my Obgyn for regular check ups, that was it. My gyn once thought it was because I had long periods, to much bleeding, warmth, bacteria........... I have had a hyterectomy and the problem continues. My husband foot doctor said his fungus on his feet is most likely systemic, and this can possibly be passed to me sexually.My husband has been on many antifungal, with nothing helping. My husband also has an itch. We have spoken to many doctors from the beginning of our marriage, to no resolve. With me it goes from bacteria, yeast, and even in extreme a mix of both fungal, baterial, and then a bladder infection to make things worse. Sex that should be so wonderful is not fun anymore, the results afterwards are just not worth the itching, irritation, odor, and frustration. We have tryed many things, herbs, probiotic, Antibiotics , cream. Still nothing helping. I would love to have answers.
This is so difficult. This was a great thread to read. I have also done boric acid suppositories, probiotic suppositories, tea tree oil, and tryed candida cleanse, even parasite cleanses incase I was missing something. Nothing has resolved the issues. I am getting desparate, and as I age more and more, I guess in a few years it just won't matter, LOL!!!! Tweet
