Re: GERD Acid Reflux, I dont know what to do, Scared
ah, i know the pressure well. intesnse bloating
its terrible. makes ya feel like you have anxiety
and i've had mine on and off for a month as well
it really scared me at first because im only 21
but! 4 days ago i went to a chiropractor (one that does a lot of natural health and kinestheology testing)
first off, she moved my stomach down for me. turns out i had a hiatial hernia (where your stomach starts to pertrude into the chest cavity resulting in acid reflux/etc)|
and then felt around and told me i had some leaky gut from having the hiatial, which i am healing with l-glutamine and stomach rebuilding pills she gave me
after a month of this shes rechecking me, then i have to do a hefty probiotics dose for 3 days (10 caps a day) to clear out any candida/
parasites (they get bad with leaky gut because of the environment|)
basically, i suggest going to ether a really good natural
Science knowing nutritionist or chiropractor, because your symptoms really do kinda sound like mine
i know it sucks. makes ya not want to leave sometimes. when i get the stomach pressure/bloating i look 6 months pregnant, haha. real weird looking because im actually thin
but i ahve hope since i met this doctor.
lastley i'd like to point out that if just about anything is giving you these symptoms, as in its not just in correlation to greasy/spicey foods, it may be leaky gut or a hiatial (most people are walking around with at least a bit of a hiatial, i'm finding. i've figured this out not just because she yold me, but because she taught me how to keep mine down and how to do it on my clients as i am a massage therapist. when i do diaphram releases on people i do the stomach push as well and its amazing how many people walk around like thsi unknowingly.)
at any rate, at the worst of my symptoms, even water was giving me bloat/reflux. thats when i knew there was something really not sitting right
(and about the stomach pressure/bloating. i've found that the more stressed you get about it, the worse it gets! next time it happens lay on your back a minuteand do some simple torso stretching or take a light walk. that always helps me. also if you add some
Sea Salt to water (just a pinch|!) it helps)
but ginger is supposed to eb the best for that
any other questions? just reply. i'd be happy to help anyone that has had the same issue as me because i know how badley i wanted answers!
