Re: GERD Acid Reflux, I dont know what to do, Scared

best advice i can give you is to call all the chiropractors in the
phone book and ask if they do kinestheology work and hiatial hernia
releases. trust me, they are out there
unfortunatly |I am in dallas, so im not sure what you have down there,
but there are a lot of these people floating around
in the mean time you can attempt to do it yourself, but i urge you to make calls
good luck!
its tough to do on yourself if it is
the first tuime, though, because if its causing a lot of issues that
means its really high up and is easier for a professional to do, but i
will give you the details if you'd like to give it a try

some find this easiest to do sitting straight up in a chair with a
hard seat, i find it easiest to do laying down. if ones hard for you,
try the other

with your right hand, locate the outside of your left ribs
trace them up to the left side of the opening of your chest cavity
deep breath in
as you breath |OUT press your hand into your chest cavity and drag
downwards, (you're moving your stomach down|) then slightly center at
the lowest point of where your stomach SH|OUL|D be
you'll know you got it, if when you take a breath it comes easily from
your stomach and not your chest
you shpuld find its easier to take deep breaths if this was your issue
its really easy. and if you still arent sure, you can even drink a
quart and a half of water then stand on a ledge about two feet |(or
two stairs|) off the ground...then jump without using any knee
resistance. i eman you better keep stiff legged and land straight on
those fweet. that'll push your stomach down with the force with the
added weight iof the water....but manually moving it is better

she suggests doing it on yourself before each meal on an empty
stomach, or two hours after a meal when the stomachs pretty empty

but yea, really you should move it everyday so it doesnt creep up over
time like it does due to daily life
