yea a lot of disturbance in my upper digestive tract. liekt he feeling of neeeding to burp lingering a while, then fiiinally when it happens its like releaf till i start getting that feeling again and then till it finally goes away. yessah

and no i didnt get the scopes done. i chickened out!
i diont think the scope has to do with your heartburn if it was a few days later, though. that wa sprobably just a symptom that hadn't hit yet. just doesnt seem like it would take a few days for that to occur if it was because of the scope

have you started looking for a chiropractor yet?

and by the way, ginger tea is soooo good for the bloating/gas relief. also if you add 1/4 teaspoon of Sea Salt to a cup of water it can help, too!
