Oh, I do hope White Tiger has those things, too. Some say they are useful!

I haven't yet read his history of posts. I simply responded to the herbal recipe for Liver Flushing he posted. It seemed the perfect answer for me, and the liver pressures I was experiencing...while getting up the nerve to do a Humaworm parasite cleanse.

I stopped drinking the tea for a couple of days, and my body feels like it is 'returning to normal'. So, I am sitting here now sipping a nice hot cup and a half of a fresh batch.

I've found all the various protocols quite confusing, so I quit trying to 'analyse' and just let the brain collect indications, and rely on intuition to decide what's next, when.

Uh...'Taking it easy' seems to be my motto. Although I have depended upon 'There is always a way' for something over forty years.

The body is now catching up to the mind, and the intuition. About time! (He-he.)
