done many Mc's and never a LF need advise

in the last two years I've done many MC's a couple 21 mostly 12-16 days and I have never done a Liver Flush. Looking for advise. I'm currently on day 3 of 21 and leave for Hawaii in 25 days....should I do one when I come back? I guess I've never done a Liver-Flush because it sounds a little scary..but my best friend said she would do it with me..she has done several. It also seems a bit confusing that you need to do a kidney cleanse and parasite before LF...so it seemed to complicated for me ...where I find MC's so easy
do get left side lower back pain sometimes on Master-Cleanse also felt that in my pregnancies..don't know if it's kidney pain or not? or stones?.
