Re: done many Mc's and never a LF need advise

hi,
for me I think I don't recall the Liver-Flush being in The Master Cleanse book and part of his program? not sure I have made a point that I will reread the book this weekend and find that out.
my other concerns were it seemed in my mind so much more severe than the Master-Cleanse and really something I'm injesting that could harm my health and screw up some major organs and wasn't comfortable being that extreme.
and my third concern was for some reason I keep thinking that if I had thousands and thousands of stones in me that there would be some indication of it...they would rattle around inside when I walk..etc I have secretly always believed i guess that these stones are formed from the oil and grapfruit juice.
but my main goal is to not jeopardize my health and if I've done many MC's and no Liver-Flush and it's necessary too than I think I will. finally the later MC's I have more lower back side pain...ie, this usually aches when I drive the car where I didn't have it on earlier MC's...so what started this for me was maybe it's due to not doing the LF's and thats why I'm concerned that I really need to when I return from my trip
