I dont know the instrunctions seem scary, the pain of passing any stones..this is my first time even knowing or doing an Master-Cleanse and that is just because I heard about on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.... I am literaly a newbie on everything cleanse or flush.. and I dont like pain.
