There is no mention of LF'ing in Stanley's book, so you won't find anything there. But of course, it's always good to re-read his book!! :)
I can see how you might think the
Liver-Flush is extreme - especially if you have only looked at the
Hulda Clark flush. Drinking
Epsom Salts can be very hard on the body, especially if your electrolytes are already out of whack. There are different flushes that can be done, Hulda's is not the only one. I have even read on the
Liver Flush Forum of one where you drink a small amount of olive oil and lemon juice every day for a few weeks. Maybe something mild like this would be more to your liking.
It's funny that you say that about the stones because I thought the same thing - at least I wondered how I didn't feel them. The stones are not hard, so that is probably part of what makes them difficult to feel. Another thing is that they are lodged in your biliary ducts and plugging up your liver, so they don't have any room to move around. After I had done several flushes and felt them moving at flush time, I can now say that every once in a while, I can feel one moving. So, I know there are stones in me. But if you believe that they are formed from the oil and grapefruit juice, then that is your belief. And even if that is what they are, I don't care because I've felt so much better since I started flushing that I'm going to keep doing it! :)
I'm not sure about the lower back pain you are having...If I were you, I would probably do a
kidney cleanse as it sounds more kidney related to me.
