Have patience. I know it's hard. But your body IS working...you may not be able to notice it...but the changes are still happening. There are weeks I lose one or two pounds a day...and then there are those weeks it seems as if nothing is happening. I can weigh the same for two weeks or more then....bam!!! One day I wake up 5 pounds lighter and it shows!!! You are doing just fine! Stick with it! :)
