Hi well done on day 4 that is so great, you sound a little deflated about the lack of weight loss but I can assure you you have lost quite a bit of weight! do you know the exact weight that you were when you started? Have a good look at your face in the mirror and Im sure you will find that you have lost weight. Oh and for yhe question of when will you really notice it? It will be tomorrow for sure, I usually wake up in the midle of the night during day 4/5 and notice that my tummy is thin and that I can feela loss between my hip and pubic bone(if that makes any sence, no im not being kinky lol I just dont know what you would call that part of body)did you do any exersize today? I dont really do any exept 15 min walk each way to my kids school., take care hun and if you are going to bed now sleep well and gloat in the fact that you are nearly on day 5 who would have thought huh? take care, keep posting good or bad Bec
