Hi all! Well, day 4 is coming to an end. I must say though, I feel really frustrated with the lack of progress I feel with my body. I can't tell if my face is thinner, my stomach still feels a bit full and my clothes pretty much fit the same. Arrgggh when is this body going to shape up!
Current wgt loss goal this fast: 25-30
Current progress: No weigh in yet
Today I feel: Not too tired at all. I have a nasty sore throat though.
Yesterday good: I made it through!
Yesterday not so good: Caffeine caffeine caffeine
Today: I made it!
My observation or question: Who can tell me a bit about their experience with clothing size and fasting? When does the progress begin? I think I need some motivation in that arena. :)
