Pear cream is excellent, Sofia, and you can do so much with it. Likely there is added enjoyment from the fact that it's good for you, but don't tell 'Mikey'.
Look for broken raw cashews, they may be cheaper. They come solder-sealed in large cans, if you want to go that far.
For those who cook, almond milk will thicken into a light white sauce for creamed vegetables, or a cream soup base. Raw cashews may, too.
There are 'butters' and 'milks' to experiment with, as well.
