Re: Avocados and Bananas!
There is something to this piasan-
Love,
I'm sorry but the social aspect of sharing food and commuing with one's (read here adopted if it fits) family is satisfying and bonding
Be it raw or SAD
There is something to the communial meal
The social aspect is not frivolous, and that this aspect is missed is a barometer of aloneness that adopting a "culturally different" lifestyle presents one with when making changes-It is huge.
I'm a fan of combining, do 3 meals have to be 100% raw?
There are often things that can be eaten that are raw- ie salad stuffs - although alot of greens continually can be boring and unsatisfying
If you have a health issue then by all means BYORAW or hide yourself away.
Health is more than protocol, it encompasses all the human components-tribe and commune are 2 huge aspects.
