No, not always. Those who have truly been born again receive the message under the leadership and tutelage of the Holy Spirit. Salvation is a free choice, everyone has the free will to accept or reject the Truth. Christianity is a living faith with a personal relationship with God through faith in the completed work of Jesus, and the in-dwelling of the Holy Spirit. Christianity is very different from "Churchianity where man made rules and customs lead one to practice a dead religion.
Real Christianity is experential, those who lack the experience can never understand the depth of faith. Still, why belittle those things that are not understood because of an unwillingness to to simply believe?
