Restoring Colon Health through Deep Colon Cleansing, Improved Hydration and Nutrition, and Regular Exercise

Well, there's a bit of progress, at least.  May I ask: have you had much experience with colon cleansing?

If not, my understanding of the process (based on my own experience and what I've read) is that people who have had a history of constipation may have quite a bit of impacted matter in the colon, and it may take time to eliminate this build-up with:
` repeated colon cleanses (dissolving herbs are especially important for deep cleansing),
` reduced candida levels and improved probiotic levels,
` increased hydration,
` increased fiber intake,
` improved diet and nutrition, and
` better pH balancing.

In my own case, I've spent many years working on this since a lot of my colon problems were compounded by:
` taking antibiotics as a teenager for acne (for years on end) and
` adopting a vegetarian diet that was heavy in fruits, honey, breads and cheese.

Once you begin making progress in removing more of this impacted matter, the improvements in your health (and mood) will be more and more noticeable.  (In my case, in reviewing a recent GI test, my MD said my report was the best she had ever seen -- and to keep on doing whatever I was doing -- so there is hope! :-D)

However, it is important also to note that with this cleansing process, there can be detox reactions as layers and layers of impacted matter are removed, so learning more about the cleansing and detox process, taking it gradually and persevering will be your keys to success.

Sounds like you did exactly what I do.

May I ask: did you do a colon cleanse *before* your liver flush?  If so, that may have already removed most of the matter that is not already impacted.

You need a lot more clean, clear water!  Dr. Robert O. Young says for daily maintenance we should each drink 32oz of alkaline water for every 30 lbs of body weight -- and when we are cleansing we need even more!

Hope this helps!

Also, are you still feeling down?  If so, what kind of exercise are you doing these days?  Good, regular, aerobic exercise is famous for lifting depression.  In fact, it is often more effective than anti-depressants! :-D
