Since we are all different we have to find our own way based on all the reading we do here on Curezone. I tried several different ways when I started out till I found Andreas forum. Since his views are based on Ayurveda and I was already fameliar with this, I started following his suggestions and was able to get off amphetamines (40 years on it) and 3 anti-depressants (15 years).
It has worked for me, but like I said we are all different. See my story.
