Crazy is right! It's so funny you say your ex saw himself as some sort of saviour. So does mine, he's always going on about if he had this or if he had that how he'd go about saving the world, traveling to Africa to cook everyone a great meal! I'd just look at him like OOOOKAAAY. I mean that's a great thing to want to do, but he has it in his mind that he is the saviour and helper of everybody. He has a god complex too. So yeah I think crazy is the accurate way to describe it, with multiple personalities!! Whenever he'd go on his rants about saving the world or what he'd do, I'd always think to myself, well why don't you want to save us. I mean as why doesn't he care about making things right between us.
