All powdered, tea cut, tinctured or syrup herbs are Ok.
The less you use the stronger the fast will be. A little fresh pineapple does well. All fresh prepared vegetable juice is allowed also.
The one doctor way was 1 pint of orange juice and up to 1 pint of vegetable juice per day maximum to acheive the 5X red blood cells in 14 days. The more drink you consume, the longer it will take to acheive the red blood cell count. I tell people there is zero hurry, what ever method your happy with is better than eating what you were use to eating.
