hey there, how much olive oil did you take each day? did you mix w/the OJ, or have alone? Did you feel nauseous with it at all? I know I sure feel icky with OO on empty stomach w/the liver flush.

So are you still doing well after the fast? I'm planning to spend the next couple months reading & researching it before I attempt it this Spring/Summer. I think I remember you mentioned in one of your posts that you might modify the fast if you did it again - if I'm correct on that, what would you change? I'm wondering if vegetable juices might be beter for me, or if there is something really significant about oranges in particular that can't be replaced effectively with any other juice. I tend to be kind of delicate, with low blood sugar, not underweight, exactly, but definitely not overweight in any way, and I still feel nervous about fasting. I know I have a lot of toxins to dump, still, and I'm also concerned about what that will feel like.

Sorry to bug you, anyway - just still gathering opinions. I just read here somewhere earlier today about someone having fainting spells on day 4, so it seems like there's a full spectrum of pros and cons, depending on the person.
