In your opinion, how would you know if you needed more protein, and is mucles wasting or lack of muscle tone a sign of this in your experience?
I tend to follow my instinct with raw eating, but this could have been affected a by the fact that I haven't been able to digest nuts and many heavy protein foods for years. Also I tend to believe there is plenty of protein in a good raw diet even if nuts are not eaten, but I would like to hear more about what you have learnt about this subject if you can tell us.
