It seems different people have different requirements for their protien needs. An excellent source is blue-green algae at about 60 to 70% protien by weight. One must play with the precentages of protien/fat and carb in thier diet to find what is optimal for them. Super foods such as "Pure Synergy" can be a great source of protein.
What other's are finding is that the real important aspect of our live foods as related to health is the mineral content(and enzymes of course). I can go more into that in another post.
