Re: Is virgin Coconut oil a human food?

Good luck! You can say that again! I could barely sit up out of bed this morning. Boy the results are showing up fast on the situps! Feeling like I am walking with a shield of armour. It been three days.

Only 99 more sit ups to go! :-D hA! Gonna be a rough cold start.

I am about to make a dinner of dates, ripe banana and virgin coconut oil. Followed later buy a OJ spirulina drink. Then off to the city fields to work in the cold.

That pretty much sums up a typical daily diet for me. With the exception I have been popping soft dried apricots laced with perservatives for the past few hours. :-O Also Indian tea with a table spoon of raw honey along with two glasses of OJ.

I look forward to buying a dehydrator and making my own. Same with canning and freezing juices when they are in abundance and cheap.

What do you think about oil and butters and such? Not cooking just fresh and raw state or nearly raw state?
I read they are neutral alkalizing effect. I really fell in love with UDO's Choice Oil on veggies.
