Yes, so many want the answers for free and that is fine, but if they don't read and apply what is given freely, they learn nothing.

Nature gives freely to all. All is the biggest word I know! All of creation is given freely to, only man seeks to out do Nature!

Just like the Manna story, learn to take each day as it comes and obey Nature! The more you do this, the more you will see how simple health is. I believe it is so simple, people just refuse to accept it, they are too entrenched wih giving their lives to those that wear white cloths with total faith. Instead they should trust Nature! How can a created creature not accept Nature? It seems impossible! The study of Nature will supply all answers to all health questions.
