i did the one meal a day diet. i got the tip from a thin blonde woman at the summer job i worked at. i ate all my food in the morning. i ate a LOT of junk food but kept it under 1200 calories. i also weight lifted. i lost 6 pounds in a month but i also gained muscle. i went from a size 9 to a size 6. so it worked but i stopped exercising and fell back into unhealthy habits. i went back to 140 pounds and a size 9. now i wish i was a size 9 because i'm a size 16 now. hopefully the juice fasts will remedy this. I lost 1 pound a week restricting my calories and 2 pounds a week if i restrict my calories and eat all raw food- i think the raw food detoxes your body and makes you lose more weight than if you ate cooked food.
