Ok so you know what I mean than... Its really good for those that have the control and awareness of how much to eat and sticking to it right? The last time I was eating this way... I lost weight fast also and that is what I'm going for... You know its actually given me my energy boost again. Because I feel better knowing I am going to eat something normal later than eating really low calorie things that I'm soooo tired of ... anyway its good to fool the body. Especially for us past yo yo dieters. We can never really let our bodies get too used to something because it will just stall and stall and stall. I notice when I go from either eating teeny tiny low calorie foods throughout the day to just eating one meal a day... both not going over 500 calories for the whole day I'm pretty successful. But I'm glad you have had good experience with this way of eating and I definately do not recommend for anyone like my cousin who is STARVED by the time there one meal comes and scarfs... No Good Indeed!
