You can do it! I'm in the same situation as you. Though my motive was weightloss it really helped me to read a book by Joel Furham called a medical dr's guide to curing disease through fasting somthing like that. Reasing all the benefits realy motivated me and that time that I did that I acutally stuck with it! Just think if you do this for a month you would be a completely different person and can start the life you were meant to have! Don't choose the food choose your life!
