I guess I understand how u feel now, dear... I cant say I need to loose a lot of my weigh as u have to but I am also unpatient as u are.. May be it is not just the mattrer of impatience here.. rather a desire to get rid of that extra weight as quiker as better. What I am thinking is that if previously u have already tried something similar like fasting and at the end of it ended up with eating all what was in ur sight (trying to compensate days without food)or u have a tendency to it then the best and GUARANTEED way of loosing weight is DIETING (in a sence cutting sweets, carbs, and oily (fatty) stuff) and exersising (at least 3-4 times a week).. May be it will be even better for u dont do partial fasting but stick to normal eaqting based on healthy stuff (?)... I know I know, then u need to wait for longer but I can tell u FOR SURE ur weight loss will be GUARANTEED... But if u really determined to start fasting (I guess juice based, but if it will be a water one - make sure u will always to have time to rest).. I guess the juice fasting would be a better option for u then water one (coz u will have an energy to exersise at least.. with water one u can but not always, it depends)... So try ur fast but give urself a word that u break it then it is not for u and u will swich off to ur
healthy Diet instead.

Ps: Please try to calm down, we are all here to help u when u need our support. Believe me there are plenty off ppl who have that exessive weight on their bodies and dont even try to do something with it but if u fed up with it and doing ur level best to get rid of it then SURELY one day u will get what u want to!!..:))... Most importantly here is to choose the right approach and stick to it... I t is not all about how quick it will be but how EFFECTIVE and RIGHT FOR U it is!..:)... Some days ago someone posted a message here with a picture of a woman who had a lot of extra weight but being PATIENT, exersising 6 times a week, and sticking to the right diet, she lost all her extra weight for 18 months time. I know it is long and poss u will return ur figure back in half time but the thing is that sometimes it is better not to go to extreems but be REALISTIC and PATIENT and then u can reach what u waqnt FOR SURE..:).. YOU decide, dear. x
