I have 10 more pounds than you to lose and I feel you! Well I agree with the fasting but I know that it won't work for me though. Because everytime I try my cravings are almost uncontrollable. So instead of me trying and then binging... I just do partials keeping calories extremely below 700, usually 500 or less. Right now I'm doing one meal a day... of course below 700. Today I had a chicken sandwhich on low cal/low carb wheat bread and lettuce with 60 calories worth of croutons and about tablespoon of bacon bits and a tablespoon of ceasar dressing. My husband wanted me to eat with him so now thats it for me for today and now I will drink fluids all day 0 calorie of course. Water mostly but if I get hungry diet soda usually helps. I will be happy when the scale number moves. But I'm not too sad because I'm fitting my size 11 jeans now! Which is pretty darn fast considering the end of last month into May I was wearing size 16! So I'm happy with one meal a day, I know I'm gonna lose but not sure at what pace as long as I'm looking thinner! :o)
