HI! Im happy to see someone who has a life and is trying to fast. I am in college full time, work, and try to exercise and be social. However, I've been more stressed....mostly over weight and eating too much junk. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me? How do you keep the motivation and have you experienced consistent weight loss. Yesterday I ended a 3-day Water Fast because i lost 5 lbs on the first day and nothing on the 2nd two .....Wanting some advice from someone in the same position....
