I am new to the forums, but I have started my Water Fast on Tuesday, I will be doing this for 15 days.
I am so surprised that someone can lose 6lbs. in 3 days. Water or not, it's still wieght, right?!! Good for you. I don'tthink I have lost any yet, but it's also day 2. Does anyone lose any on day 2?
Don't know how I am planning on ending my fast in 15 days because I was on the Atkin's diet for 9 years. I don't really know if I can eat fruits without gaining weight when I am done.
Does anyone know???
