Fruits and raw food will not make you gain weight. I would suggest that you eat mostly natural, raw, living food after your fast. that way you will keep all the benefits you have gained from th fast. i am not sure about the Atkins, i am not one for a high protein diet. you can get your protein from various sources of nuts, seeds, and tofu. BUT then again you have to do what works for you. Remeber thoough, you will not gain weight on fruit
