if you are asking me i did eat some veggies. i was around 20 - 40 carbs a day.
all my carbs were from green veggies. i did not go for more than 4-6 hours without eating, a key in upping your metabolism with food.
energy level was totally fine. i would get tired only if i had not been eating 5 times a day or i was buring fat really fast and needed some carbs (which i got from a snack of veggies with butter) i had more focus and peaceful energy doing low carb where the
Master-Cleanse made me feel speedy at times. (im sure it was from the detox)
also taking my one a day with biotin helps covert the protien to energy and it really does make a huge difference than without it.
basically how i ate:
6 am - scrambled eggs (2-6)
10am - some deviled eggs (2-4)
noon- some
Sugar free lunch meat,cheese,bowl of green beans with butter
4pm - some sort of meat like tuna,shrimp,chicken or beef or pork(as much meat as i wanted to eat) 2
oz of cheddar,salad with ranch dressing that was
Sugar free
8pm - 1
oz cheese,sugar free pepperoni crisps or parmesean crisps
with every meal i had water for my beverage.
sometimes i did no get as much water in as i should
i cheated one week and ate 2 snickers bars and had some juice.
if i got hungry at night i would eat a slice of turkey or a can of tuna.
but that craving stuff went away after i had my blood
Sugar level for a few weeks.
its safe to stay at 20 carbs a day for 6 months
zero carbs should not be done more than two weeks
