no breads AT ALL they can make you retain at least 10 lbs in water weights. most carbs do

go low sodium
eat 3 to 5 times a day of protien only. i did this with deviled eggs because i found it hard to eat all the time. but eating speeds your metabolism up
do not eat 4 hours before bed
three days before the pagent -
get a
colonic if you can afford it
if not do a juice fast that you start out with a senna tea. this will shrink down the gut area.
