and back to you...water fasting is tough business.
low carbs and cravings are the common problem with that type of diet.
they eventually go away after you get your blood Sugar level.
the hardest thing for me on it is the crunchy texture thing.
but i eat Celery and pork rinds now. so that problem is solved.
