Hi, before starting my first fast, I weighed 145. I am 5'6 and up until last year when I started, I maintained approx. 120. I wanted to get back to that weight, and after 40 days found myself hitting 110. Too skinny. My family was beginning to worry, and the cloths that used to fit my 120Ib body, were falling off. According to the charts, 120/135 is healthy for my height, but like to be on the lower end, allowing for some breathing room, if you know what I mean. I once again hit 140 and am not too happy about it. I do know how to eat well, but I've been going through some rough times and ran to food to make me feel better. Well, it didn't work!! I have officially started today. I've been running around the house cleaning everything in sight, knowing that after I wake up tomorrow, any chance of having the energy to do these things will be GONE. When did you start???
