You shouldnt gain weight in one binge. Well, technically u will, but if u don't weigh in and continue on ur fast tomorrow, ur weight will remain the same as it was this morning. So, pretty much a binge day with fasting afterwards just stalls ur weight for that binge day.
Just pick up where u left off and after 2 days of fasting ull be right where u left off, weight-wise.
I've always ended up breaking my fasts and noticed that if I dont weigh myself (Ill end up gettin too depressed) and then continue on my fast, my weight will have appeared to just have stalled.
For example:
FAST-Friday Morning Weight: 192
FAST-Saturday Morning Weight: 190
FAST-Sunday Morning Weight: 188
But BINGED Sunday night
FAST-Monday Morning Weight:Don't weigh in
FAST-Tuesday Morning Weight: 188
