Yes, yes, yes, the maintenance is by far the trickiest & hardest part. If anyone thinks fasting is hard, try maintaining! I also went back to my old eating habits and gained about 70% of my weight back, and I never exercised either, so logically I expected that.
Someone else posted on here a good reminder though 'It's better to struggle maintaining then to try to lose the pounds in the first place' (or something like that), that is very true.
I figure not eating for a few days will do me some good. I'm actually craving chicken broth right now, since I've been drinking alot of it in the past weeks.
I don't know how long I will last, 40 days sounds great but I don't think I could realistically accomplish that. I'm shooting for 20, at this point 5 even seems good, lol.
