I don't think that you'll GAIN weight from that. You have a couple of options though... either start again new tomorrow or slowly come off your fast now. Drink some juice tomorrow, maybe eat a few peices of fruit and/or vegetables... and slowly take it from there and you shouldn't have problems with gaining the weight back. Exercise too! If you start again tomorrow, good luck!!! You can still go to your 30 day goal. One slip-up isn't so bad if you think about it - I mean come on, it's 30 days!!!
