Re: Can I bodybuild and eat as a vegetarian? Newbie looking for advice

I'm a vegetarian who does weight lifting. Before I was a vegetarian I got the best results with whey protein. Since being a vegetarian I tried soy, hemp, and rice proteins with poor results. Then I switched to using only coconut and olive oil in my diet with only protein from raw vegetables, nuts, seeds, and beans. I now effortlessly keep fat off my body while maintaining muscle tone. The thing that did it was my consumption of coconut oil. I was sceptical at first, however, coconut oil keeps body fat off because it goes straight to the liver avoiding fat stores. There are a lot of studies that back this up. Use oganic, raw coconut oil only.

I do believe soy is toxic too and avoid all foods and drinks that contain it. Same with canola and corn oil.

I hope this helps. :)
