As for the poster who suggested you "go to a clinic" for B-12 injections, forget it.

Why pay them a fortune for each shot when you can do it yourself.

I have been giving myself B-12 shots for years - you get a doctor, any doctor to give you a prescription and there are a million on-line labs today who sell everything. I get my B-12 at McGuff Labs in California - a bottle of I believe 32 cc's is about $30 - each shot at the greedy doctor's office was $45 - you pay about $20 for a box of 100 B&D syringes and there you are - you do the math = one cc for each shot and you're about $1.50 a shot with everything.
