i heard that too not to mention the undesired effects it has on estrogen levels so normally i would not be taking soy protein. however, the most recent issue of muscle and fitness pointed out new studies that show this not to be the case, so i am at least considering it. the only other option for protein supplementation would be whey protein which i am reluctant to use due to the fact that it is derived from milk.
does anyone know of any effective non-dairy derived substitutes for muscle-building protein then?
