above is a recent view of STORM (when he was 52/53) he is close to 57 I think now

Next, if you scroll down is a comparison shot of him with his oldest son ,
in 1975 as a *skinny *
and then in 2001 with his 5th child,
as a buff all raw vegan

hope all these links will help you.

Also consider to look at 2 of my blogs:
qi (chi) pig, and wind whispers,
for more recipes, info and toxic foods etc.
many new vegetarians go to soy as a protein resource
and this is a highly toxic food.
there are a great many alterantive healthy resouces.

The best ones are to listen and read what
raw foodists do , since they generally do not
intake legumes either, but do grow own sprouts,
of high protein veggies/ legumes etc.

Srouts are very easy to grow and are far superior
to the store commercial ones,
since you grow them yourself,
they are literally *living small green plants,
bursting with vitality.

Avoid peanuts and unshelled nuts they are generally
rancid and full of molds/fungus.
avoid soy , canola, peanut vegetable oils.
good oil would be to name a few,
coconut, sunflower, sesame, olive, avocado, etc.

have fun on your journey of experimentation
and taste adventures.
being veggie can be very fun and certainly
creatively tasteful

Also see http://www.notmilk.com
btw I make fantastic veggie pizzas
with flaxseed/hempseed crust, and no dairy

no need to give up things you love,
just find alteranative ways to create them.
My son and I make our own baked tortilla chips,
a far cry better then store bought ones which
are often fried in soy , canola, or lard.
and covered with table salt , not natural salt.

these are so darn easy to make it is ridiculous!

Love,
Ami Joi Benton
