Thanks for the recipe - I might give that a try though I never minded the cayenne powder so I might mix it all together. I really like your idea of one meal a day and I have seriously been thinking of doing that myself. I went for a walk tonight but only got in 20 minutes. My body is so out of shape and the Arthritis got to me tonight. It's almost like i need to lose 30 or 40 pounds before I can really get moving again if that makes any sense. Oh, I stopped by walmart and bought the 5HTP and I hope that helps a bit. Also picked up some coral calcium and liquid glucosamine/chondroitin. Maybe these products will help me feel better.
