Here's my recipe. I'm not sure how appropriate it is for the Water Only board, but it might help others ease into or out of water fasting.

Hopinso's Cleansing Drink and How To Use It

3/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon and/or lime juice

1/2-2/3 cup evaporated cane juice (at health food stores and specialty shops)

enough distilled water to make 1/2 gallon

To use:

Twice a day I mix about three ounces of cleansing drink with 2-3 teaspoons of raw apple cider vinegar and 10-15 drops of cayenne tincture, drink it down and finish off with a full glass of the drink. I can't bear the taste of powdered cayenne in my drinks.

For fasting just drink the cleansing drink throughout the day along with plenty of water. I recently began using a sublingual B-complex vitamin formula.It seems to help my sagging energy levels and since its absorbed mostly under the tongue, I doubt it hurts the fast in anyway.

The drink can also be used as a snack/meal replacement. What I have done lately is have one light meal a day and two meals and two snacks using the cleansing drink. I am hoping this will help me lose weight without being too weak to work. So far-so good.

Finally the cleansing drink makes a delicious cooling drink that will replace sodas for me . I splurged and bought an electric lemonade maker that has an electric juicer on top of a pitcher. I love it, it makes preparing this drink so easy.

I know what you mean about Christian music, I keep my car radio tuned to a Praise and Worship station about all the time. I can't get the station at my house, but it sure helps get through the tough work days.
